About Us

Peniel International Assembly (PIA) of The Apostolic Church is a Pentecostal, multicultural church led by Dr. Charles Konadu-Adjei. We are a results-based, truth and solution-seeking ministry that solely embraces the Word of God for the basis of existence and thriving on earth. Our desire is to be a church that not only crosses geographical borders, but also ethnic borders, and generational borders, and seeks to live out our faith beyond the four walls of a church building, as we follow Jesus together.

Our intention is to bring people of all nations to Christ and systematically shepherd their holistic development. Our purpose of existing is to create an environment where people from all nations will have an equal opportunity to worship and exercise their God given gifts and ministries, irrespective of race, culture and nationality. We celebrate, encourage, accommodate, and engage every culture.

Deeply rooted in the local and global communities, the PIA charter is to extend a “hand of help to the needy, a heart of compassion to the hurting, and a message of empowerment to the disenfranchised.

If you’re looking for a place where you can encounter God’s presence, engage meaningfully with other believers, and be equipped to serve God in the unique way that he created you for then Peniel International Assembly is the place that God has designed for you. Check out our home page for time and directions.

Our mission and our method demonstrate who we are and flow from what we believe. PIA is a bible believing church with a main mission to teach and preach the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ, and continue steadfastly in the Apostles' doctrine, breaking of bread, fellowship and prayers, and also, to win souls for Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

  • Our Purpose: To freely provide, through this website, the simplicity of the Kingdom Gospel for ministers in our community to use in spreading this, Gospel. Our desire is to raise up people with strong character and moral absolutes by: Creating an appetite to study and live by the Word of God.

  • Helping you realize who you are in the Kingdom of God. Inspiring you to be the person God created you to be in the Kingdom and understand how the Holy Spirit will operate in your life.

  • Creating a working knowledge of what a kingdom is and how it is supposed to operate, Showing, through God's Word, that the Lord has eternal unchangeable standards that are entirely opposite of this world's system.

  • We are men and women fulfilling the mandate to spread this Gospel Jesus preached.

  • We Are Kingdom Citizens: People of God who live by Kingdom principles. People who are led by our Governor, the Holy Spirit. People who uphold God's Kingdom standards.

Kingdom Citizens

Remember, with knowledge comes responsibility....

And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the gospel of the Kingdom, and healing all kinds of sickness and all kinds of disease among the people. (Matthew 4:23 KJV)

But seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

The Kingdom of God is neither deep nor mystical.  Jesus made it simple.  We must approach it with the simplistic faith of a child. At that time the disciples came to Jesus, saying, “Who then is greatest in the kingdom of heaven?  (Matthew 6:33 NIV)

Then Jesus called a little child to Him, set him in the midst of them, and said,
Assuredly, I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever humbles himself as this little child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. (Matthew 18:1-4 NIV)
